This has to be one of the best of fried rice recipes. This recipe comes from my mom and you can name this an Indo-Chinese dish.
I’ve tried this recipe when I prepare dinner as soon as in a whilst and it comes out properly most of the time.
The style is neither too spicy nor too bland. It is satisfactory eaten with tomato ketchup or a warm and candy sauce.
You can prepare dinner this for both lunch or dinner. It is a lightweight choice to heavy foods.

Vegetable Fried Rice
Raw Rice or Basmati Rice – two cups
Onions – 5 Nos.
Beans – 1/4 kilograms or 10 to 12 Nos.
Cauliflower – half (small)
Capsicums – 1 or 2
Peas (optional) – 1/4 cup
Ajinomoto (Chinese salt) – 3/4 teaspoon
White pepper powder – 1 teaspoon
Salt – as required
Soya Sauce – three to four teaspo
